German Blonde with Lime

5.4% ABV | 18 IBU

A Lime zest and light fruity pear-like aromas mix with some grain huskiness. Citric lime flavor permeates the delicate sweet malty flavors, followed by a clean, lime zest finish.

Wheat Ale with Peaches

Bright peachy fruitiness atop lovely tea-like spice and floral aromas. Clean and light-bodied with very pleasant grassiness, hints of lemon citrus, and noticeable peach note throughout.

Hoppy Amber Ale

5.7 ABV | 40 IBU

We teamed up with the BBP and their head brewer, E to create this tasty hoppy amber ale. E is also the brewer at Bad Weather Brewing and brings her brewing chops into our haus.

A bouquet of intense hoppiness brought to you by tropical, citrus, and pine characteristics. A flavor-packed mouthful of juicy hop notes including ripe mango and sweet orange, with supporting aspects such as dankness and ruby red grapefruit.

HBC 1134 Experimental & Citra

6.6 ABV | 29 IBU

A welcoming hazy IPA aroma profile of oily lemon peel, ripe guava, and hints of pine resin. A bit of a drier flavor profile than our other hazies. Hazy Sometimes offers a clean flavor profile of citrus oil, apricot or peach, and and some background tropical notes of lychee.

Extra Pale Ale

5.7% ABV | 49 IBU

We’ve brought back this popular EPA we released the past winter as a part of a collab with MPLS Instrument Company and Jacob Swogger. SE is a well-balanced EPA with a touch of malt and hops. Refreshing in it’s classic style form.

Cold IPA

6.8% ABV | 72 IBU

We’re local masters of the style if we say so ourselves. Always brilliantly clear, packs a hop punch without getting syrupy - it’s a great way to enjoy a hoppy beer! Think a rice lager, loaded with hops.
